A well-established Marketing Agency with a strong track record of delivering exceptional quality and success for their clients, our partner is made up of experienced and ambitious creatives, marketers, and developers who strive for originality and exceeding expectations.

As part of their continued growth, they are looking for a talented and highly motivated Social Media Specialist & Marketing Project Manager to join their team.

Reporting to the Creative Director and working closely with Account Director, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the social media accounts of mainly B2B clients, as well as our partner?s own channels
  • Developing and executing digital and social media marketing strategy
  • Working closely with the creative team to deliver engaging long and short content, foster community interaction, and drive customer engagement, website traffic, and ultimately, revenue growth.
  • Supporting the Account Director with day-to-day client management, ensuring the timely and budget-conscious delivery of our marketing plans.

As the right candidate, you have proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist, with excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills. You are an expert in developing both long and short form content, as well as using analytics to develop and improve the impact of your posts.

You will ideally have experience in B2B marketing across a range of industries and know how to get the most from a range of platforms, including X, LinkedIn and Facebook.

You are creative, willing to take calculated risks and happy working directly with clients. You are self-motivated, can work to tight deadlines and enjoy working in a busy environment.

This is a full-time hybrid role (up to 60:40 home:office).
