THE SOFTWARE SUPPORT ANALYST JOB:
Working directly with clinicians and medical practitioners, you will have a varied and rewarding role in responding to customer issues.
- Using a ticketing system, you will prioritise, explore and endeavour to resolve issues. This often involves working with non-technical end users, helping them run diagnostic tests, reconfigure existing products, or recommending third-party solutions.
- When necessary, you will escalate unresolved issues to developers and work with them to identify solutions.
- The role will require independent work, however their team culture means no one is left to struggle.

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
