Marina & Boatyard Operative - Chichester Marina

Premier Marinas are looking to recruit a Marina & Boatyard Operative at our Chichester Marina. The successful candidate will be joining a friendly, dedicated team who work hard to provide the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction. This multi-facetted role is a great opportunity for a customer-focused individual with a flexible work ethic to join our team in a busy, purpose built marina and boatyard.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate:

  • Proven customer service or customer facing experience
  • Flexibility and adaptability to both marina and boatyard operations
  • Ability to learn and use computer software systems
  • "A can do" attitude and flexible approach to teamwork
  • Be able to stay calm under pressure

A good knowledge of boats and experience driving plant would be desirable but not essential as training, where required, will be given. A full clean UK driving licence is essential.

This role includes working outdoors in all weathers and will follow a summer & winter duty rota that will include some weekends and Bank/Public holidays.
