The role of Production Shift Manager - Nights will play a vital role in overseeing the manufacturing operations, ensuring productivity targets are met while maintaining quality standards. This position will involve managing a teams of around 20 - 35 during peak, implementing strategies, and driving continuous improvement. This role is being offered on panama night-shift pattern.

Description

  • Managing night-shift operations.
  • Implementing strategies to improve productivity and quality.
  • Directing, motivating and driving teams to meet production targets.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Coordinating with other Shift Managers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Addressing and resolving any issues or conflicts that arise during shift operations.
  • Preparing performance reports for senior management.

Profile

A successful Shift Manager should:

  • Have previously worked in a busy, high volume FMCG environment.
  • Be an excellent manager with exceptional management skills.
  • Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Hold Level 3 in Food Safety and Level 3 in HACCP.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a drive for continuous improvement.
  • Be prepared to work on a permanent nights, panama shift pattern.
