Our client, a top-tier global manufacturer of innovative mobility aids, is seeking a dynamic Telesales Executive to join their UK Marketing Team at their head office near Dudley (DY5).
In this role, you'll be the friendly voice on the phone, providing crucial support to both potential and existing customers. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you'll handle incoming leads via phone and email, work closely with customers to understand their needs, and pass on qualified leads to our dealer network. You'll also keep meticulous records of your activities on our CRM software.
This isn't your typical sales job. It's about enriching lives with products that truly support and promote independence. If you have experience in telesales of technical products or services, excellent GCSEs in English and Mathematics, and a fantastic telephone manner, we want to hear from you!
Salary: Circa £30,000
