Your new role
Large-scale projects: As a qualified Architect, you will play a pivotal role in large-scale projects by overseeing all aspects of the RIBA stages from conceptualisation to delivery.
Creativity: You will utilise your creative arm to produce excellent designs, as well as ensuring all models, drawings, and visualisations are of a high standard.
Collaboration: You will be given the opportunity to collaborate with key stakeholders throughout the project, including design teams, technicians, contractors and clients.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience in working across all RIBA stages in medium to large projects, with a sound knowledge of architectural standards in the UK. You will need a creative brain to ensure the quality of designs and manage other technical aspects of the BIM process using Autodesk Revit.
You'll need excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with different departments, ensuring all deadlines and expectations are met to a high standard.
A RIBA accredited Architecture qualification is essential. Experience in overseeing large residential and retail projects in the UK is highly preferred.
