Our client is a nationally recognised leader in IT support services and managed services, with multiple awards for excellence.
Due to growth and expansion, they are looking to recruit a Field Engineer with a strong technical background in client facing role.
This is a field-based role with travel to customer sites across the UK with occasional overnight stays (project dependant) with the use of company vehicles.
You will be responsible for the following:
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing customer technical issues.
- Ensure timely resolution and appropriate recording of incidents.
- Deploying new hardware and software solutions at customer sites.
- Installing and migrating customer networking equipment.
- Attending customer sites to troubleshoot and fix incidents.
What we are looking for:
- Experience working in similar customer focussed role.
- Experience with Network infrastructure
- Experience with Wireless Technologies
- Experience with Telephony systems
- Excellent customer service experience with the ability to work independently.
- A full and valid UK driving license.
