ENROLMENT ASSOCIATE

An exciting opportunity to enter the Higher Education space as a Enrolment Associate in a temporary to permanent capacity!

ENROLMENT ASSOCIATE ROLE:

  • Inputting data for course enrolments and bookings, including processing payments for customers
  • Reconciling card, cash, cheque, and voucher payment records against fees taken
  • Providing an effective and efficient, customer-centred information and booking service to customers, staff, and visitors through multiple channels, primarily via telephone, but also in-person, email, text, post, and web chat
  • Advocating for the business by liaising with customers to discuss their course needs, providing course advice, and identifying suitable courses for booking
  • Taking ownership of customer issues, handling complaints sympathetically and proactively, troubleshooting or relaying them to relevant departments for seamless resolution
  • Processing course enrolments and bookings, ensuring funding requirements are met and substantiated with evidence
  • Assessing, processing, and recording transfer and refund requests
  • Liaising with departments to investigate problematic requests and forwarding recommendations for out-of-policy requests to Heads of Department

ENROLMENT ASSOCIATE ESSENTIALS:

  • Minimum 12 months in a customer service role
  • The ability to interact and engage with people face to face
  • Experience working in an office
