We are currently working with a client based in Cardiff. Due to growth, they are looking for a energetic, proactive Business Development Executive to join their team.

Role Responsibilities:
- Proactively outbound call leads, offering a consultative sales approach
- Develop a sales strategy to create a successful sales pipeline
- Negotiating and closing sales

Skills and Experience:
- B2B sales experience is essential
- Self-motivated and resilient individual
- Excellent communication skills
- Be able to plan and prioritise as required
