This is an excellent opportunity for a Lettings Negotiator to work their way up to become a Lettings Manager in a very short space of time.
Responsibilities of a Lettings Negotiator:
- Lead qualification and applicant management
- Booking in and carrying out viewings
- Negotiating deals and preparing tenancy agreements and tenancy paperwork
- Generating and carrying out market appraisals
- Winning new instructions, building up the lettings portfolio and growing market share
- Client management and retention
- Renewals management and tenant retention
- Rent management
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
Experience of a Lettings Negotiator:
- At least one year's experience in the property sector (specifically lettings) including listing experience i.e. valuing and taking on new properties.
- Have excellent compliance and good working knowledge of relevant legislation - ARLA qualified a benefit but not essential.
- Well-presented and articulate.
- An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- A positive can-do attitude.
- Motivated, driven and ambitious.
- A self-starter who can work off their own initiative.
- A team player with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Have a full Driving License and use of own vehicle.
