Our client is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join their dynamic team in Guildford.
You will play a crucial role in supporting and guiding customers across the UK, setting up and configuring their devices, and ensuring their continued satisfaction.
Duties:
- Provide guidance to customers on new software and deliver top-notch customer service.
- Perform factory resets on customer devices to ensure optimal performance.
- Install new software onto customer devices, troubleshoot software issues, and ensure connectivity.
- Maintain accurate records of support activities and effectively resolve any customer issues.
Skills/ Experience:
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role
- Familiarity with mobile devices (e.g., smartphones, tablets).
- Basic troubleshooting skills for software-related issues.
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service and helping others.
