Multi-Trade Operative (Plumber)
Based in Broxbourne, Hertfordshire
Full-time, 37 hours per week
Salary: £33,075 - £36,750 per annum
We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled multi-trade operative with a plumbing background to join our team. If you're dedicated to delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance to ensure safe, comfortable homes for residents, this role is ideal for you.
In this role, you'll work on a variety of tasks including plumbing repairs, carpentry, and tiling across occupied and vacant properties. You'll also be responsible for diagnosing repair needs, managing van stock, and ensuring customer satisfaction, all while upholding our values of safety and customer service.
We're looking for someone with...
- A City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2 qualification in domestic plumbing
- Experience in carpentry, tiling, plastering, and/or decorating
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A full, valid driving licence
A DBS check will be required for this role, which we will arrange and fund.
