What You Will Do
- Lead and support the Hygiene team, ensuring high standards are consistently met.
- Coordinate team activities and manage hygiene across the factory environment.
- Develop and maintain detailed cleaning instructions and schedules.
- Conduct COSHH assessments, risk assessments, and document safe systems of work.
- Communicate with external suppliers to maintain levels of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Provide training and development opportunities for your team.
What You Will Bring
- Proven experience in Hygiene or Production, ideally within the food industry.
- Strong background in a FMCG or fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Exceptional people management skills and the ability to motivate teams.
- A solid understanding of food hygiene and microbiology.
- Hygiene qualifications and/or internal auditor qualifications are desirable.
