Sales Administrator

With over 20 years of experience, this company has built an exciting and well-respected portfolio of customers. They are currently seeking a dedicated Sales Administrator to work closely with the Office Manager in supporting customers and ensuring smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Sales Enquiries: Follow up on sales enquiries, source products, and compile quotes to secure the best prices for buying and selling stock.
- Order Management: Manage the flow of orders for promotional products and print, input orders into the system within 24 hours, chase proofs, and agree on delivery dates to meet specifications and deadlines.
- Client and Supplier Liaison: Communicate with clients and suppliers via phone and email about orders, samples, invoices, and any issues.
- Supplier Coordination: Work daily with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders, keeping customers informed of any issues.
- System Management: Maintain the ordering system, mark goods as dispatched, and ensure invoicing is up-to-date.
- Sample Management: Order samples and handle returns as necessary.
- General Support: Answer the phone and direct ad hoc queries, and deputise for the Office Manager when needed.
Ideal Candidate:
- A confident communicator, especially over the phone, with the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
- A team player who is organised, self-motivated, and proactive.
- Pays great attention to detail.
- Computer literate with proficiency in Word and Excel.
- Hardworking with a good standard of accuracy and efficiency.
- Exhibits a positive attitude and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
