Team Administrator
- Pay rate: £14
- Contract Duration: Until December 2025
- Location: Bristol (Hybrid - required in office on Wednesdays)
We are seeking a Team Administrator to join a well-established NHS client. This role is ideal for someone who is adaptable, possesses excellent minute-taking skills, and thrives in setting up and managing meetings efficiently.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Efficiently set up meetings, including agenda setting, chasing and collating papers, and taking actions.
- Take accurate and detailed minutes during meetings and distribute them promptly.
- Handle a variety of ad hoc tasks as they arise, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and external stakeholders.
- Ensure all administrative tasks are completed with high accuracy and attention to detail.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a healthcare or similar setting.
- Excellent minute-taking skills and experience in meeting setup and management.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
- High level of adaptability and willingness to take on varied tasks.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
