About the Charity
The Anne Frank Trust is dedicated to educating young people about the importance of embracing diversity and fostering positive attitudes towards their peers. By sharing the poignant story of Anne Frank, the Trust empowers young people to become peer educators and ambassadors for equality, impacting over 100,000 pupils annually.

Founded by members of the Jewish community, the Trust boasts a diverse team committed to challenging prejudice in all its forms. Their programs have demonstrated significant success, with 87.6% of participants reporting more positive attitudes towards at least one other group different from themselves.

The Role
As the Public Fundraising Manager, you will play a crucial role in growing the Trust's individual and community fundraising efforts. This varied role involves developing and executing campaigns, appeals, and events that deepen relationships with existing supporters while attracting new donors. You will work closely with the Director of Development, trustees, and colleagues across the organisation to create innovative fundraising opportunities.

What We're Looking For

Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills are essential, as is a strong commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion. If you are creative, passionate, and driven by data, with a genuine commitment to the mission of the Anne Frank Trust, we would love to hear from you.

As part of our EDI commitment, we do require all candidates to be comfortable with the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance definition of antisemitism with all its examples: [IHRA Definition](https://resources/working-definition-antisemitism). Please ensure you review this before applying.

For more information or to have an informal confidential chat about the role, feel free to contact Katharine. We are reviewing applications on a rolling basis, so we encourage you to get in touch as soon as possible, as the role may close early.
