Customer Service Administrator
Temporary role – 3 months approx.
30 hours a week

I am currently recruiting for a national company who have an office based in Liverpool, who currently required temporary assistance during a busy time. Working as part of a team, you are there to support a busy sales & bookings team.
- Taking incoming calls and dealing with inquiries.
- Direct calls to appropriate managers / departments.
- Understand company product and services so you can upsell or go through with customers appropriately.
- General data input and making sure all details are correct.
- Any other duties / projects as set by the GM.
- Above all, provide a high class customer service at all times!
For this role we are looking for –
- An excellent telephone manner.
- The ability to thrive in a busy working environment.
- A multi tasker.
- The ability to influence / sell / promote
- Professionalism and patience
- Strong IT skills.
This would be a perfect role to expand on office based / customer service based skills.
£11.50ph plus holiday pay.
Offices near train station and bus stops. Parking also available.
Monday to Friday – 30 hours per week.
