Salary - £26,000 - £27,500, OTE £33,000 - £34,000
Our client a multi award winning Agency recognised by the Sunday Times is looking for a talented sales progressor to join their Sales Coordination team. Working within a team of 4, managing between 40 - 60 files at a time. Some sales progression experience is required. An estate agency with a great work ethic and fantastic reviews requires an individual willing to go above and beyond to push the sales through to completion.

As a Sales Progressor, your role will include:
- Managing the sales progression process from accepted offer through to completion - ensuring all parties are kept fully always informed.
- Maintaining files for each sale and ensuring all administrative tasks are completed.
- Being the sole point of contact for all parties
- Liaising with conveyancers / solicitors, surveyors and financial advisors
- Promoting our services where appropriate and generating referral leads
About you:
- Excellent oral and written communications skills.
- Experience in Sales Progression
- Excellent attention to detail with a methodical approach to work and a strong focus on accuracy
- Excellent team player with the ability to work on your own.
- Excellent IT skills with intermediate MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Highly motivated and positive with a "can do" attitude.
