Day to Day of the role:
- Answering telephone enquiries and providing excellent customer service.
- Performing general administration duties to support daily operations.
- Welcoming visitors and directing them to their meetings, ensuring a professional first impression.
- Managing the company mailbox and responding to email enquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Updating the company website with relevant and current information as needed.
- Preparing the company newsletter and ensuring it is distributed to staff and stakeholders.
- Taking notes during meetings and preparing reports for monthly management meetings.
- Receiving, sorting, and distributing post within the company.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using email, word processing, and spreadsheet software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience in preparing reports and newsletters is desirable.
