We seek a commercially savvy Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead technology strategy and operations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology leadership, within a SAAS environment.
We are a SAAS provider to some very well know companies and due to investment, we are looking to grow.
You will have a team of excellent technical professional working under you and as you grow the team out further you will be closely involved with the commercial side of the company to road map the technical future of our products and internal systems.

Core Responsibilities
- Manage technical product roadmaps and team workload.
- Oversee platform development, deployment, and maintenance.
- Engage with customers, partners, and vendors for technical opportunities.
- Resolve technical incidents and manage the technology budget.
- Set goals and KPIs for the technical team.
- Ensure robust, scalable, and secure IT infrastructure.
- Implement best practices for software development and data management.
- Support sales and customer success teams for non-standard pitches and security assessments.
- Drive operational process improvements.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 5 years in technology leadership roles.
- Proven success in developing and implementing technology strategies.
- Commercial focus and experience with strategic customers.
- Strong knowledge of web development, mobile apps, cloud computing, and data analytics.
- Experience with software development lifecycle and project management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
