We are now looking for a Warehouse Operative to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working Monday to Friday, 2:00pm - 10:30pm.

The Role
As a Warehouse Operative, you will support warehouse procedures at our Northampton site, ensuring all company procedures are adhered to.
Ensuring that goods are managed correctly to minimise damage, you will handle products safely through all inbound and outbound processes.
You will also follow manual handling techniques to prevent injury and escalate any safety concerns.
Additionally, you will:
- Carry out equipment checks and report any defects to your line manager
- Use manual handling equipment as directed, following all training
- Communicate issues and variances to your line manager to allow for quick resolution
- Support the effective running of the warehouse by following all health and safety procedures, including wearing PPE
- Comply with company standards regarding absence, performance, and behaviour
About You
To be considered as a Warehouse Operative, you will need:
- An MHE Licence
- An understanding of GDP
- A good level of general education, including a good understanding of both written and verbal English
