About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Complaints Resolver to join our team on a temporary basis. As a Technical End-to-End Complaints Resolver, you will play a crucial role in addressing customer complaints related to technical issues. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving and has experience of handling end-to-end complaints.

Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and resolve technical complaints from customers promptly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure timely communication with customers, keeping them informed throughout the resolution process.
  • Maintain accurate records of complaints and resolutions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive attitude.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in complaint resolution, preferably in a technical or customer service role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with technical terminology and troubleshooting processes.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Relevant qualifications in customer service or related field are preferred.
