We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our client's leading legal team in York. As a Private Client Solicitor, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional legal services to our esteemed clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and guidance on matters relating to wills, trusts, estates, and inheritance tax planning.
  • Manage a varied caseload, ensuring all legal documents and processes are accurately prepared and executed.
  • Conduct thorough research, analyse complex legal issues, and provide practical solutions to clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing superior client service and ensuring their legal needs are met.
  • Collaborate with colleagues within the Private Client team, sharing knowledge and expertise to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
  • Stay updated with the latest legal developments and changes in legislation, keeping abreast of best practises in Private Client law.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' experience in Private Client law.
  • Strong knowledge and expertise in wills, trusts, probate, and inheritance tax planning.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and prioritise workload effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and meticulous approach to legal matters.
  • Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.
