Payroll Administrator

REED are recruiting a Payroll Administrator for a local SEN school on a temporary or temp to perm basis starting from the 1st of July.

As a payroll administrator for our client you will be expected to:

  • Action admin duties (filing, responding to emails, preparing/organising any files, updating records, processing documents)
  • Data entry - You will be inputting a huge amount of data for the school so experience and high competency using Excel is vital.
  • You will be working closely with the admin manager and may have to cover reception duties on the other sites which is close by within walking distance.
  • Reception duties (Greeting people, answering inbound calls, re-directing calls to the right departments)
  • Payroll - You will be expected to be involved assisting with the payroll process.

You will be/have:

  • An Enhanced Child & Adult DBS dated within 3 years (Update service preferable)
  • Preferably experience within a school environment
  • Intermediate to advanced skills using Microsoft office (excel & outlook)
  • Attention to detail - quick eye for data entry
