REED are recruiting a Payroll Administrator for a local SEN school on a temporary or temp to perm basis starting from the 1st of July.
As a payroll administrator for our client you will be expected to:
- Action admin duties (filing, responding to emails, preparing/organising any files, updating records, processing documents)
- Data entry - You will be inputting a huge amount of data for the school so experience and high competency using Excel is vital.
- You will be working closely with the admin manager and may have to cover reception duties on the other sites which is close by within walking distance.
- Reception duties (Greeting people, answering inbound calls, re-directing calls to the right departments)
- Payroll - You will be expected to be involved assisting with the payroll process.
You will be/have:
- An Enhanced Child & Adult DBS dated within 3 years (Update service preferable)
- Preferably experience within a school environment
- Intermediate to advanced skills using Microsoft office (excel & outlook)
- Attention to detail - quick eye for data entry
