What You'll Do:
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to children with diverse additional needs.
- Monitor and track student progress to celebrate their achievements and identify areas for growth.
- Collaborate with class teachers to create a nurturing environment that fosters social and academic development.
- Work alongside the class teacher and SENCO to deliver tailored support that meets each student's unique needs.
Who You'll Work With:
You'll be working with children aged 3-19 years old diagnosed with a variety of SEND, including:
- Dyslexia
- ASD
- ADHD
- Social, Emotional, and Mental Health issues
- Global Developmental Delay
- Moderate Learning Difficulties
- Visual Impairments
- Medical Needs
