Are you a passionate psychology graduate looking to make a real impact? Tradewind Recruitment invites you to join our dynamic team at SEND Schools in Liverpool. This is your chance to apply your psychology expertise to support students with additional needs, gaining invaluable experience on your path to a career in Educational Psychology.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide one-on-one and small group support to children with diverse additional needs.
  • Monitor and track student progress to celebrate their achievements and identify areas for growth.
  • Collaborate with class teachers to create a nurturing environment that fosters social and academic development.
  • Work alongside the class teacher and SENCO to deliver tailored support that meets each student's unique needs.

Who You'll Work With:

You'll be working with children aged 3-19 years old diagnosed with a variety of SEND, including:

  • Dyslexia
  • ASD
  • ADHD
  • Social, Emotional, and Mental Health issues
  • Global Developmental Delay
  • Moderate Learning Difficulties
  • Visual Impairments
  • Medical Needs
