The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Wealth Planner and duties will include:
- Ensure accurate client records are maintained
- Diary management
- Submission and processing new business
- Meet and greet visitors
- Being the main point of contact for all incoming telephone calls
- Mailbox and Post management
- Able to produce interim client portfolio valuations as and when required
What do we need from you?
- Previous experience working in financial planning
- Good knowledge of pensions and investments
- Strong communication skills
- Good knowledge of Excel
