You will either already hold this position or be looking for a step up with 2 yrs experience in a legal firm accounts role, as you will be THE Accounts team here!
As long as you are confident you can step up and deliver on the following tasks then you really should apply!
- Processing of Client & Office accounting transactions.
- Checking and posting bills.
- Undertaking daily banking functions.
- Bank Reconciliations.
- Prepare and submit the VAT returns.
- Processing and paying Company invoices.
- Month End and Management Reporting to Partners.
- Downloading KPI reports from Case management system and reporting to Partners.
- Dealing with queries from fee earners and support staff.
- Assisting with the Client account audits.
- Assisting the Accountants with the year-end accounts Package:
