HR Advisor Epsom 12 month FTC, Epsom
This is a diverse role that is a great opportunity for a self-motivated individual to join a wonderful people team. All teams are onsite therefore this is an office based in Epsom, 4 days in the office and 1 day per week working from home. (Once onboarded)

Responsibilities include:
- 80% of the role is managing ER cases and will include building strong working relationships with Heads of Departments, managers and supervisors
- Be a trusted adviser to Heads of Department to deliver improved performance
- Providing good counsel and pragmatic advice on people related matters
- Advising on employee relations, performance management and structure & succession planning
- Support the HR Manager and wider HR, L&D and Recruitment team to deliver key projects within the HR plan and People strategy to deliver continuous improvement across the generalist HR remit
- Support change initiatives from an HR perspective
- Monitor and work with L&D to improve compliance with statutory training in departments
About you:
- Demonstrable proven track record as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner
- Either qualified by experience, qualified, or working towards CIPD (level 7)
- Have experience of using HR Systems
- Good working knowledge of UK employment legislation
- Organised and articulate
- Previous experience of influencing multiple stakeholders
