Grafton Banks Finance is excited to partner with a Crawley-based client seeking a Accounts Payable Assistant on a fixed-term contract, with potential for extension or permanent placement. Reporting into the Finance Manager, this role will be covering a range of Accounts Payable duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable tasks including reconciliations and payment processing
- Conduct supplier statement reconciliations
- Process payment runs, including manual payments
- Assist with bank reconciliations
- Perform credit card reconciliations
- Liaise with suppliers to confirm account details
- Process invoices efficiently
- Oversee direct debit payments and related information
- Provide ad hoc support as needed
Ideal Candidate:
- Available to start in October (immediately available or short notice)
- Experience with various accounting systems
- Ability to commute to the Crawley office
