Job Title: Sales Administrator
Salary: £22,500 to £25,000 (DOE)
Location: St Albans
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Hours: 8:30am until 5:00pm Monday to Thursday and 8:30am until 4:30pm on Fridays
An excellent opportunity to join a small team based in St Albans, supporting their customers, dealing with queries and processing orders.
The successful applicant will be confident, self-motivated and a fast learner. Our client will also consider entry level candidates with no previous office experience, so if you are looking for your first office-based role, this would be a great opportunity for you!
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Organised and excellent attention to detail.
- Competent with MS Packages
- Excellent customer service skills
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assisting customers with orders and providing excellent customer service.
- Arranging installations, organising engineers' diaries and ordering spare parts.
- Answering inbound customer enquires via telephone and email.
- Processing customer orders on the system.
- Escalating queries to the aftersales team.
- Develop good relationships with customers.
