Sales & Customer Service Representative

Relocruitment are delighted to be working alongside a well-established Removals & Storage firm based in West London.

Our client has been providing both domestic and commercial customers with peace of mind and professional service for over 15 years. They are now seeking a Sales & Customer Service Representative to join their busy team.

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing prompt and efficient service to customers, effectively handling all issues related to booking storage and removal services and maximizing revenue from add-on sales.

You will be the first point of contact for customers, making this a pivotal role within the business to drive success and ensure customer satisfaction.

The role is split 50/50 between Customer Service and Sales. You will be conducting an average of five surveys a day, all via video—no in person surveys required.

A removals or logistics background is preferred. If you have strong customer service skills in a fast-paced environment or a telesales role, we would love to hear from you!

This is a full-time, office based position. Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with customers on a daily basis via telephone, WhatsApp and email to deal with all enquiries
  • Drive sales from potential customers by familiarising and offering services according to the needs of the customer
  • Process all necessary information and input into CRM
  • Providing excellent customer service at all times
  • Aim to achieve and exceed sales targets both individually and as a team

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in a proactive sales environment - building new business and handling lapsed accounts
  • Some knowledge or experience of working within a similar industry is preferred
  • Ability to influence and build rapport quickly with our customers
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • A focus on increasing sales
  • Effective communicator with strong attention to detail
  • MS Office skills, keen to learn new technology stack - CRM
  • Strong team player with the ability to work on your own initiative
  • Positive can-do attitude
  • Ability to prioritize workload
