AJ Chambers are currently hiring for a Residential Conveyancer for our client, a modern and growing law firm with offices in London and across the regions. Working with a range of clients, they provide expert legal advice, dispute resolution, and litigation services to private and commercial clients. The firm values traditional principles while delivering efficient and effective legal advice to ensure clients receive the expert guidance they need. They offer a range of legal services, including Residential Property, Commercial Property, Private Client, Dispute Resolution, Debt Recovery, and Litigation, with a focus on tailored solutions and client care.
Role Description
They are now looking for a full-time Residential Conveyancer to join their growing team. You will be responsible for handling daily tasks related to property transactions, ensuring legal compliance, communicating with clients, preparing legal documents, and addressing any legal issues that may arise during the conveyancing process.

We are looking for:
- Newly qualified solicitors, legal executives and licensed conveyancers with a minimum of 3 years' PQE
- The ability to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision
- Technical proficiency in all aspects of conveyancing is essential
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Highly organized, able to meet tight deadlines and department billing targets
- Has a desire for professional development.
You will be working in a standalone capacity in this office, but closely alongside 1 Partner and 1 Paralegal who are base out of another office. You will have the support of both, with a view to bringing in a Paralegal to this office once the fee-earner is in place.
