Your new company
You will be joining an established multi-accredited contractor based in Telford working on a major water framework in the Midlands area. This organisation has a strong pipeline of work in the water sector and offers excellent opportunities for career progression and professional development. Due to continued contract wins, they are looking to onboard a Project Manager.
Your new role
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for, but not limited to, producing financial forecasts, monitoring and controlling project costs and cost reporting, delivering projects from design phase through to completion, developing and maintaining construction programmes, chairing weekly site meetings, ensuring detailed site diaries/records are completed as well as reviewing progress, budget resources and forward planning.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will have previous experience in civil works within the water sector in a site management or project management capacity and hold a CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid qualification. In addition, you will have a good understanding of operational activities and be financially aware. Finally, you will have sound interpersonal and organisational skills.
