About:
- One of the most prestigious and successful luxury brands in the world.
- Specialising in leather goods, lifestyle accessories, home furnishings, perfumery, jewellery, watches and ready-to-wear.
- Luxury Department store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide full PA and administrative support within a luxury retail environment to Retail Directors & Managers.
- Including diary management, minute-taking and other ad hoc admin duties.
- Monitor and analyse store and KPI reports to provide insight into performance, able to pass on information to Key Stakeholders.
- Support the team with all Retail Operational duties, be a Brand Ambassador.
Requirements:
- Previous experience within PA / EA role, strong administrative background, preferably within a luxury retail brand.
- Excellent attention to detail with a can do attitude.
- Analytical, able to interpret key data.
- Highly organised, detailed, client and service-oriented with excellent communications skills.
- Computer literate, with excellent working knowledge of Excel and Power Point.
- Calm, friendly and personable approach.
- This role will provide full support to Store Directors & Managers so requires full flexibility over a retail working week, Monday - Sunday.

- Salary up to £38,000 basic depending on experience.
