Job Title: Hardware Team Lead
Salary: £65,000 - £75,000
Location: Outskirts of Bath (3 Days On-Site Per Week)

Required Experience/Skills:
- Lead a Team of 6-8 Hardware/Electronic Engineers
- Support & lead all electronic product development
- Experience working through all stages of a Product Development Lifecycle
- Manage Project Timelines & Liaise with Internal Management & Stakeholders
- Work closely and collaborate with other teams within the business ie. Software & Test
- Experience working on a Wireless Electronic Device/Product
- PCB Design, Analogue & Digital Design as well as Schematic Capture
- Recruit Junior, Mid & Senior Level Hardware Engineers to work in your team
