We are currently seeking an Interim Engineering Manager to join our clients team and lead day-to-day Engineering operations for an interim period of leadership transition.
This contract role offers a competitive salary / day rate based on experience and suitability as well as the opportunity to make a significant impact within the businesses day to day operations whilst working with a superb team.
- Lead the engineering team to improve plant reliability in day to day operations
- In this role, you will collaborate across functions as required in the delivery of engineering requirements
- support in life projects
- Act as sounding board for the department as needed
- Additionally, you will assist in the development and implementation of new procedures and play a key role in ensuring adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinating team tasks to maximize efficiency
- Maintain compliance with all legislative requirements.
