Capacity Manager

Fantastic opportunity to work with a large client to make sure sufficient capacity of the Networks meet service level targets. Maintain overall understanding of current service and trends, produce and maintain capacity plans and participate on the CAB (Change Advisory Board) as well as other tasks.
Requirements:
- Previous Capacity Management within a Network environment
- Proficiency in ITIL V3/V4
- CompTIA Network+ certification or equivalent
- Familiarity with ISO 27001 standards
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure Network can handle current and future business needs
- Analyse capacity metrics and optimise performance
- Implement ITIL best practices to enhance service management
- Maintain compliance with ISO 27001 to ensure information security
