Location: Cumbernauld

Salary: £23,660 - £27,040

Hours: 35 - 40 hours per week - (these hours can be flexible to suit the needs of the successful candidate)

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Branch Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role requires a self-motivated individual who can efficiently manage a small office and work independently. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of our daily operations.

Branch Admin Assistant Responsibilities:

  • To be the first point of contact for a small team of fitters as well as head office and customers.
  • Provision of a full and effective administrative service.
  • Responding appropriately and acknowledging calls and emails from branch manager and fitters
  • Maintaining daily reports and the filing of work sheets
  • Liaising with HR to ensure they receive all relevant new starter documentation
  • Ensure that work for all fitters is organised and ready for the following day
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy workshop at all times.
  • Admin duties to include - daily reports, remedial sheets, collection of excesses, delivery documents, clock cards, holiday forms, starter packs, and any other administration documents.

Branch Admin Assistant Requirements:

  • Proven administrative skills and experience in general administration
  • Good working knowledge of relevant Information Technology applications -Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to maintain up to date records
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and work on own initiative
  • Flexible attitude and approach.

Branch Admin Assistant Desirable:

  • Prior experience in an administrative or customer service role
  • Familiarity with job scheduling and inventory management systems
