The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, leasehold, and new builds, while also mentoring junior staff members. A minimum of 3 years' experience in residential conveyancing is essential, along with expertise in SDLT, unregistered properties, and restrictions.
