About the role

In your role as Service & Repairs Engineer you will provide all aspects of on-site servicing, repairs and installation works covering domestic and commercial contracts throughout the UK. We are looking for multiple engineers to cover Manchester, Merseyside, Leeds and the M6 corridor

In this role your key responsibilities will include:

  • Understand and adhere to all aspects of Health and Safety, Risk Assessments and Method Statements
  • Maintaining accurate data using a mobile device (customer, asset & contract information)
  • Carrying out site surveys and providing relevant information to the office
  • Actively be aware of opportunities to promote our Services
  • Perform Servicing and Commissioning of pumps and pressurised systems
  • Perform fault finding and repairs of pumps and pressurised systems
  • Assist with on-site installation of pumps and pressurised systems
  • Complete and submit all required paperwork
  • Communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary
  • Provide accurate information to the relevant department or Manager
  • Provide training and guidance to colleagues

Essential qualifications, experience and skills required:

  • Knowledge of pumps and pressurised systems
  • Servicing and Commissioning of pumps and pressurised systems
  • Fault finding and minor repairs of pumps and pressurised systems
  • UK Driving Licence
  • Organised and self-motivated
  • Attention to detail
  • Customer focused
  • A pleasant and friendly 'can do' attitude
  • Health and Safety training required for the role
  • Good time keeping
  • Be flexible and adaptable

Knowledge and skills to develop:

  • Advanced fault finding and repairs
  • Further Health and Safety training required for the role
  • Further product training as required
