IT Support Analyst

We are looking for any IT Support Analyst to join our clients growing team, the IT Support Analyst will earn up to £28,000 with development opportunities and benefits. The IT Support Analyst will work in environment offering promotional opportunities with financial support in achieving additional qualifications. The role for the IT Support Analyst will be mainly on site but will require a drivers license for the company car when needed, supporting the wider the wider IT team in the IT Support Analyst duties below:

  • Providing general IT Support to end-users (Windows OS, Office365, Various Hardware & Software Packages)
  • Respond to and manage support calls on the helpdesk, liaising with third party suppliers where required.
  • Installing & upgrading computer hardware/software. Assisting in new site installations & maintenance.
  • Logging and escalating calls where necessary.
  • Ensuring calls are prioritised and responded to within the agreed SLA.
  • Monitoring network performance & security, ensuring minimum downtime.
  • Investigating, diagnosing and solving network, software and hardware faults. Taking ownership of the issue and undertake fixes as required.
  • Supporting the roll-out of new applications and hardware across the business.
