I am looking for a Service Engineer with a minimum of 3 years experience servicing lab instrumentation based on the South Cambs / Essex border. The role will require regular UK & international travel and a work's vehicle will be provided.
You will be involved in the installation, service, repair and technical support of a variety of products which may be over the phone undertaking remote diagnositcs, pre & post sales support, on site or in house repairs, providing excellent customer service, preparation of reports and providing training.
To be considered for the role you should have:
- Minimum 3 years experience servicing lab equipment
- Practiced in providing excellent service & support to customers
- Experience working to Health & Safety requirements
- Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams, instruction manuals etc. for electro-mechanical equipment
- Fully IT literate with standard Microsoft Office packages.
- Full driving license
