At Profectus we have a brand new role for a Junior IT Support Engineer with an exciting company going through rapid growth, resulting in the expansion of the Infrastructure team. This is the ideal role for someone looking to kick-start their career and gain valuable 1st and 2nd line experience.

This role is based at their Southend-On-Sea office with great transport links nearby. Having a driving license is beneficial but not essential.
The role:
- 1st & 2nd line IT support
- Desk setups, machine replacements, moves, and changes
- Raising IT support tickets and ticket assignments
- Remote site support using industry-standard tools
- Home worker remote support
- Local site support
- Travel to remote sites when required
Skills required:
- 1st/2nd line support experience (ideal but not essential)
- Knowledge of current Windows environments
- Strong organisational skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication, verbal, written and presentation
- Self-motivated
- Ability to multitask
