Job Title: Sales Administrator

Salary: £28,000 to £30,000

Location: Bury

Our client is currently looking for an experienced sales administrator to join their team due to continued growth. An excellent opportunity to work for an international organisation enabling the successful candidate to have career progression. Ideal candidate will have experience of generating quotations, processing orders and providing technical product information.

Duties:

Job Description

  • Manage incoming enquiries through incoming calls and emails in a professional manner.
  • Process and supply quotations and basic technical documentation.
  • Order processing through an ERP system.
  • Aftersales and logistics- ensuring the customer receives the goods within the agreed timeframe.
  • Invoicing and credit control process- communicating both verbally and via email to ensure payment is made within the agreed timeframe.
  • Work with internal and external sales teams to ensure the customer journey is smooth and the customer experience is above expectations.
  • General office duties.

Preferred Job Requirements:

  • Computer literate.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to use Microsoft office programs.
  • Experience in using a ERP system.
  • Excellent telephone communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work as part of a close team.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills (written and oral).
  • Ability and confidence to prepare and present solutions and strategies to groups of co-workers, clients or prospects.
  • Desire to grow within a growing company.

Beneficial Skills / Knowledge

  • Successful track record of working within customer service role.
  • Knowledge and experience using ERP system (IFS preferred).
  • Experience of working with the Microsoft office suite.
