Legal 500 Multi Office Putney 8 + PQE
My client is looking for an incredibly diligent Senior Corporate Commercial solicitor with at least 8 years of PQE experience in corporate law, with excellent academics (ideally 2:1). You will be joining a firm that is highly regarded and ranked Legal 500 that has a well-established reputation along with broad experience across the entire sector.
Our clients corporate and commercial lawyers help businesses, ranging from startups to established corporations, by delivering in-depth expertise and legal advice across a wide range of corporate and commercial law issues. Being a full-service law firm means they can draw legal experts together to build a team that offers the support their clients need.
The ideal candidate has to be used to working - and thinking - independently. You enjoy working as a team with colleagues and clients alike. You will be happy taking on new instructions, working independently and helping to "shape" the course and structure of a matter, rather than always working from a pre-agreed term sheet. You will need to be actively engaged in business development, and keen to help us attract new clients and grow the team.
