Job Title: Admin Assistant
Location: Bedford (MK42)
Hourly Pay Rate: £11.44 to £12.08
Hours: Part-time 9 hours over 2 days - Monday and Friday 08:45 to 13:15
Length of the contract: 6 Months
Gi Group are now seeking to appoint an experienced Admin Assistant to our Public Sector client based in Bedford.
Duties of the Admin Assistant
- Performing general reception duties.
- Meeting and greeting visitors.
- Answering the telephone and call handling.
- Booking in patients.
- Scanning and managing files.
Role Criteria
- IT skills and experience with Microsoft Office packages and the Lilie database.
- Previous administrative experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Accurate data entry and database management skills.
- Good keyboard skills.
