Creative Artworker

We have an exciting opportunity for a Creative Artworker to join a global beauty brand in their busy inhouse creative studio. Their offices are based in Berkshire area and they work to a hybrid model, 3 days in the office / 2 days remote.

The Role The Creative Artworker will work closely with creative services design team to support the delivery of all marketing communications. You will work to brief and delivering inspiring and exciting solutions. This involves creative communication across multiple channels, including print and digital (website, email, advertising and social media assets). You will act as brand custodian, be responsible for the asset library, to ensure all communications created and produced are in-line with brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Creating assets and delivery of creative artwork for print and digital
  • Produce accurate artwork to tight deadlines
  • Prioritise and organise a busy workload
  • Work within a team to deliver projects from concept to completion
  • Lead the further implementation and development of creative templates that can then be used by all channel owners to aid rollout and improve efficiency
  • Maintenance of asset library; ensuring all new and existing is centrally updated and available to others
  • Ensure status of all work allocated is appropriately updated on project management software

Motion Graphics

  • Knowledge and ability to produce motion graphics and animations for various digital media platforms would be advantageous

Brand Guidelines

  • In conjunction with the Creative Services Manager, support in maintaining and developing all brand guidelines within company.
  • Ensure that all communications reflect the brand positively and accurately

Core competencies; knowledge and experience

  • Experience in printed & digital artwork production (both B2C and B2B)
  • A demonstrable interest in and understanding of design trends, best practices and usability principles
  • Experience of translating creative briefs to final artwork
  • Tenacious attention to detail
  • Ability to manage time effectively, working to and delivering against deadlines on multiple briefs
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with a creative and independent mind-set, while still working within a team environment

Skills

Essential:

  • Mac literate with excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, After Effects and Premiere
  • Excellent artworking /print and digital production skills
  • Thorough knowledge of the Microsoft Office Products, including PowerPoint and Word

Desirable:

  • Experience of design in a commercial environment
  • Interest and competence in photography
  • HTML and responsive web design desirable
  • Able to film and edit footage
