Our Client, a progressive company who value their employees. They are recruiting for an experienced Administrator with excellent customer response and written skills.

What will you be doing?

  • Managing the inbox and replying to emails
  • Assist with the consent process.
  • Prepare, issue and ensure management agreements are all signed and saved on the system.
  • Review and approve budgets.
  • Respond to queries from customers as well as managing agents.
  • Create and maintain electronic files
  • Completing various projects/tasks given by your manager

What will you bring?

  • Good organisational skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication.
  • Ability to identify issues and escalate where required.
  • Good attention to detail and able to work under pressure.
  • Good knowledge of Outlook 365 products (Excel, Email).
  • A minimum of 1 years' experience in an administrative or customer service role
