Description
This ER Manager role will play a key part in the HR team, supporting a manufacturing site of over 1000 employees.
- Providing expert advice on a range of ER issues
- Developing and implementing ER policies and procedures
- Collaborating with the wider HR team on strategic initiatives
- Conducting investigations and advising on disciplinary procedures
- Delivering training and guidance to managers on ER best practices
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of ER processes
- Ensuring compliance with legislation and company policies
- Supporting change management activities within the organisation
Profile
The successful ER Manager will have:
- A degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, ideally CIPD qualified
- Excellent knowledge of ER practices and legislation
- Good employment law knowlesge
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills
- Able to start immediately or on short notice
Job Offer
- A competitive salary range of £35-45,000 per year
- 6 month fixed term contract
- Hybrid working, 3 days on site in South Leeds.
