We are delighted to be working with this leading advisory firm, who are looking for a talented and experienced BD Manager to join their team based in London, focusing on the Technology & Media sector. This firm has a brilliant reputation and an impressive track record of continued growth and success. The Technology & Media sector group is of significant strategic importance to this firm and one of their largest sector groups. Stakeholders are highly engaged with BD and marketing initiatives and there is lots of scope in this role for the right candidate.

The remit of this BD Manager role is varied and includes:

  • Working closely with senior stakeholders to develop and implement go to market BD plans for the sector and subsector groups
  • Supporting stakeholders with key client engagement activities
  • End to end project management of client events
  • Development and delivery of impactful thought leadership campaigns
  • Development of the sector content hub
  • Working with internal teams to develop and deliver multi-channel national marketing campaigns
  • Provide strategic advice and guidance to the sectors senior leadership team to develop the sales pipeline
  • Carry out client listening activities and develop recommendations based on findings
  • Support on pitch projects as needed (working in conjunction with the specialist pitch team)
  • Providing research and insights on client, market and sector trends

The successful candidate for this BD Manager role will need:

  • Strong previous BD and/or marketing experience gained in a professional services environment
  • Excellent stakeholder management experience, with the ability to influence and challenge where appropriate
  • The ability to think laterally and creatively
  • Experience of managing BD and marketing projects
  • Strong commercial acumen with a client centric approach
